THE PROBLEM

Does this sound familiar?

🏃 You're training smart, but an old niggle keeps flaring up - no matter how much pre-hab you do.

🙅You've been told to 'rest it' but that's not an option with your race coming up.

🧊 Ice packs don't cut it anymore. They melt in 20 minutes and barely touch the swelling.

🤦‍♀️ You're losing days of training to recovery that should take hours.

The problem isn't just pain. It's inflammation. And inflammation needs more than cold, it needs cold and compression working together to actively move fluid out of the tissue.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use it while still training?

Yes. Most athletes use Isopress immediately after sessions or in the evening after a training day, for 20 to 60 minutes at a time.

You can also use it between sessions for maintenance. It's designed to fit into a training schedule, not replace it.

Perfect for a rest day session! We know you're taking rest days...right?

Is it just an expensive ice pack?

No. Ice packs do one thing: cold. Isopress does two: cold and intermittent compression. The compression cycles automatically, creating a pumping effect that actively moves fluid through the lymphatic system, the part that causes and sustains inflammation. That's what ice packs can't do.

Is it different from what I see at physio?

Same principle. Cold compression is standard practice in physiotherapy clinics. Isopress brings the same technology home at a price you can own, not rent.

How long before I notice a difference?

Most customers notice relief within the first 1–2 sessions. Significant reduction in inflammation typically takes consistent daily use over 1–2 weeks.

Do I get one or two leg cuffs?

If you select the leg cuff bundle, our athletes bundle - you recieve one machine with a double adapter and two leg cuffs. So you can relax both tired legs at once.

If you select the standard, Cold Compression Kit, you will get the option to select one cuff. Still effective, just takes a little longer to do both legs.
