Shipping

Orders are estimated to take 2-5 working days from fulfilment and include tracking. We are a small team, so from time to time there can be short delays in processing orders - if your order is urgent please contact us at hello@isopress.co.nz and we will do our best to dispatch it as soon as possible.

Delivery cost is $25 NZD, Nationwide. We use Post Haste for the delivery service.

Delivery periods can vary depending on seasonality and location. We estimate 2-5 days and provide full tracking information via email after purchase.

If you recieve your order and an item is missing from this, please contact hello@isopress.co.nz and we will endeavor to replace this.

We currently ship to NZ only. If you would like to place an order to be delivered outside of NZ please contact us at hello@isopress.co.nz

Returns

In the event that a product you have purchased online is not suitable, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please email us at hello@isopress.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order and we can look into a refund or replacement for you. All refund items must be returned unused, unaltered and in original packaging. The cost of shipping to return the item must be covered by you.

Faulty products are covered by the supplier warranty, which is included in the kit you receive.

We are happy to refund if you change your mind or ordered the wrong product, providing the product is unused. In this instance, the product will be returned at the customers expense and we will refund you within 10 days of receiving product.

If the item is damaged or faulty, please contact hello@isopress.co.nz with descriptions of what has occurred and we will explore an exchange or refund depending on the customer preference.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and checked your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
