I am waiting on total knee replacement surgery and was researching how I could make recovery less painful as I am unable to take any pain relief other than Paracetamol. I saw that overseas patients were using ice compression machines to help with their pain after surgery. I found that I could potentially hire a machine post-surgery but it was quite expensive and then I found Isopress. I weighed up the pros and cons of rent vs buy and ultimately decided that it made financial sense to just buy.
I chose the club kit purely because I wanted at least three different cuffs and this was the most affordable way for me to get what I needed. Now I have choices as to which limb I want to deal with as I have several injuries that need attention, as well as looking after my knee. I can also let my family use it when they need to recover from injury. A win all round!
Delivery was super quick, from Queenstown to PNth. I was most impressed. Very well packaged and the carry case is just perfect.
To use the product was very easy. Water, ice, cuff, power, choose the mode, and sit back and relax! What a relief I had on my ankle/Achilles after 40 minutes using the machine. Now to tackle my other problem areas, rinse and repeat.
I really like that this is a NZ product. I like that it is affordable. I prefer to support a NZ product and company wherever possible and Isopress fulfills that to a T! Thanks for your innovation, guys. Your product will help so many people recover from injury/surgery and get us back to enjoying life again.
